Park Rules

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY of illegal drugs, violence, dangerous conduct or damage. You will be evicted, without notice.

• Noise 
  • The peaceful enjoyment of our park is important to us all. Please assist by being considerate to your neighbours and restrict noise from music, TV’s and social gatherings after 9pm and before 7am from Sunday to Thursday, and after 10pm and before 7am on Friday and Saturdays. The Resident is responsible for the orderly conduct of all household members and guests.
• Visitors
  • All visitors must vacate the premises by 8pm. Visitor behaviour is the responsibility of the host resident.
• Garbage
  • Bins are located throughout the park for your convenience. Please bag all garbage prior to its disposal and assist in reduction of smell and mess. Any large items should be taken to the council depot.
• Pets
  • Small travelling companions may be approved by prior arrangement with Management. All pets must be always restrained. You may be asked to leave without notice.
• Amenities
  • Please take pride in your amenities and flush toilets every time. Consider others and limit time in showers to avoid a lack of hot water for others. Clean up after yourself and your children. If you find a problem, please report it to management ASAP.
• Speed?
  • ?????The Park has a speed limit of 4kph. drivers are responsibility for any incident or damage that is caused by their vehicle.
• Parking
  • One car is permitted per site; Visitor parking must be off the property. No unregistered vehicles are allowed on the property.
• Site and Property to be kept in good order
  • Sites must be kept clean. At the end of your stay the Site and facilities must be cleaned and returned in good order.
• Pool
  • The pool is open from 7am to 6pm. Please see pool regulation
• Fires
  • Subject to Fire authority regulations, fires may be permitted in designated areas. Please see the Park manager for permission.

THIS PARK IS SUBJECT TO FLOODING. All vans and trailers must be placed on sites, so the drawbar is facing the road and in good working order. You must be able to evacuate within 90 minutes of notice or if a flood warning forecast of 8m or more is issued by Lismore City Council.

The Park Management takes no responsibility for any damage or injury as a result of using the park or facilities. Please be polite to other park guests and have a safe stay.
